eligibility

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, washing or damage cannot be accepted.

To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your request.

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps and arrange the exchange where applicable.

returns & refunds

Approved returns are inspected after they arrive at our facility.

If eligible, refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment option used and our return policy.

non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality assurance, certain products or limited releases may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Any exceptions will always be mentioned on the product page before purchase.

shipping costs

Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If we shipped the wrong product or a confirmed manufacturing defect is found, thesis® will cover the exchange shipping cost.
